University Student to Help this Week with St. Monica’s Medical Mission

April 16, 2010

I just wanted to share the great news that our six university student friends who we’re working to bring to the U.S. this fall, will play an important role this week in a 26 person medical mission organized by St. Monica’s Church in Duluth, Georgia.

Our student friends are planning to help out as English-Kreyol translators for the duration of St. Monica’s three times annual medical visit to Hinche, a visit which helps hundreds of injured, sick, and malnourished.

This is a previous year's picture of St. Monica's Medical Mission team at Sacre Coeur in Hinche. This week, our student friends will be serving as translators for this important trip.

Please keep the St. Monica’s team and our six students in your thoughts and prayers next week as they serve this vital role. Remember also to keep donating, keep sharing this website, and check back frequently.
