Thousands Flee PAP, Flock to Countryside – No Food, Water, Gas!

After speaking with some of our contacts on the ground this morning, it appears that the population of Hinche is nearly three-fold what it was before the quake.

Food cannot be found. There is no more gas. Most of the wells are gas generator operated and are therefore inoperational. The town is on the brink of violence.
