Help Hinche

January 19, 2010

We are four members of a church in Richmond VA who are survivors of the Earthquate in Haiti. We spent five days in Haiti after the quake before returning home. We’re trying to draw attention to the plight of Haitian towns, unscathed by the quake, but which are now inundated with refugees from across the country. HInche is a town in the central plateau region – 50 miles from Port Au Prince. As of this morning, January 19, 2009, HInche has scarce food and water, no gasoline and hospitals and streets which are overflowing with Port au Prince quake survivors.
